Fashion District

Joanne, a friend from college, is visiting this weekend from Flagstaff.

We were supposed to go camping in Joshua Tree but (again, always with the buts) it's peak season there so there wasn't a campsite to be found.

Instead we went to the Fashion District in LA. An obvious alternative to rock climbing eh? We hit every fabric, bead and notion shop within five block of the 9th and Maple intersection and spent way more money than we should have.

I didn't want to lug our SLR around with us but I'll take photos of everything tomorrow and post them.

If you've never been and you do anything that involves fabric, you need to go.
